Changeling concept Aline's hive

alines hive is the only hive that does not pray on pony's
instead of finding pony's that are already in love they find pony's that are alone and will probably never find love

queen aline is described to be kind and gentle
and she secretly wishes she was a pony instead of a changeling
she was raised by pony's and eventually made her own hive with permission from celestia.

the drones where eggs taken from other hives (because there was no good changeling mate for aline)

the eggs were brought after queen aline killed all members of a small hive
including the queen
the eggs were taken back because she did not want them to die
after all they were living beings.

after birth
the drones are brainwashed by the queen and brought to celestia herself
there a spell is placed on them that gets rid of the basic changeling instincts
this makes them tame and then they are able to learn about kindness and friendship and stuff

unlike other hives the drones are not bisex thus collecting love is much easier and way less awkward (this is possible due to the fact that Alines' father was a geneticist and was able to alter changeling DNA)


the drones then fall in love with regular ponys and gave birth to half changelings

or reproduce within the colony and make more drones
